[目的]探讨术前平阳霉素静脉化学治疗对高分化口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中COX-2蛋白的表达及淋巴管密度(LVD)的影响.[方法]选择45例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者术后完整包埋的石蜡标本,其中30例为单纯手术患者,15例为术前平阳霉素静脉化学治疗联合手术患者,用免疫组织化学PV-6000通用型二步法检测口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中COX-2蛋白表达与D2-40标记的LVD.[结果]静脉化学治疗组口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中COX-2蛋白阳性表达率明显低于未化学治疗组(P<0.05),静脉化学治疗组癌周平均LVD明显低于未化学治疗组(P<0.05),两组癌组织内平均LVD间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术前未化学治疗组COX-2蛋白表达阳性组癌周LVD与阴性组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术前未化学治疗组COX-2蛋白表达及癌周LVD与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05).[结论]术前平阳霉素静脉化学治疗通过降低COX-2蛋白表达与抑制癌周淋巴管形成来减少淋巴结转移.
[Objective] To investigate the effect of preoperative pingyangmycin vein chemotherapy on the expression of COX-2 protein and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) in well-differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue. [Methods] Forty-five patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma Complete paraffin embedded specimens were obtained after surgery.
