目的:研究8-乙酰哈巴苷在大鼠体内各组织分布及代谢情况。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠尾静脉注射给药后不同时间点各组织及排泄物中8-乙酰哈巴苷的含量,分析药物的分布特征。结果:大鼠注射给药后,心、脾、肺、肾、子宫在给药后10 min质量浓度即达到峰值,其中肾中含量最高;肝脏在给药后30 min质量浓度达峰值;60 min后肝、肺、肾中药物均降至较低水平,心、脾、子宫中基本检测不出;8-乙酰哈巴苷注射给药后通过粪便排泄较少,大部分通过尿液排出。结论:8-乙酰哈巴苷注射途径给药主要以药物原型排出体外。
OBJECTIVE: To study the distribution and metabolism of 8-acetyl-hababine in various tissues of rats. Methods: The contents of 8-acetyl-habacin in tissues and excretions of rat tail vein were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at different time points after injection, and the distribution characteristics of drugs were analyzed. Results: The rats in heart, spleen, lung, kidney and uterus reached the peak value at 10 min after administration, with the highest concentration in the kidney. The peak of the concentration reached the peak at 30 min in the liver and the peak at 60 min After liver, lung, kidney drugs were reduced to a lower level, the heart, spleen, the uterus was basically undetectable; 8-acetyl-hababine excretion through the feces less after administration, most of the urine excretion. Conclusion: The administration of 8-acetyl-Habasine injection is mainly excreted in vitro by drug prototype.
