在时代越发进步的今天,人们更多的是过度追求享受,对金钱、权利、名誉的贪婪,甚至不惜以牺牲环境为代价。在当今社会中,经济建设在群众心里的份量远大于生态文明建设。只有经济建设趋于首位才能在各领域各方面脱颖而出,而这一观点正是扭曲了经济建设的价值。国家倡导的是可成为生态文明发展可靠性支撑的经济建设,而经济建设与生态文明建设的不相协调日益凸显。党的十八届五中全会就全面协调可持续发展做出了新的指示,在科学发展与可持续发展的理论基础上,倡导创新、绿色、协调发展新理念;构建政治生态、经济生态、文化生态的新时代;环境与经济发展协调的新局面。
