随着中国市场化取向的改革开放的深入,人们的主体意识、公民意识日益自觉,对公共事务、公共生活和公共精神的关注和要求也日益提升,相应地,对公共性的研究成为一个理论热点,歧见纷纭也在所难免。本文认为,哲学层面的公共性研究,要注意东西方语境和学科视角的差别,要有一种自觉的批判精神和民主启蒙意识,力求找准当代中国的真问题,为实现中国现代化起到应有的作用。
