我国管理培训起步较晚,存在基础不坚实的先天不足,但也有着直接从国际最新培训理念和方法入手的后发优势。问题是管理培训作为一种新兴的教育服务产业,目前还很不成熟。管理培训对企业的管理进程,叫人爱恨交织,哀怨有加。问题根源是(1)缺少战略,短期效应;(2)急功近利,华而不实(3)恶性竞争,自毁前程;(4)缺少支撑,生搬硬套。通过笔者多年培训实践经验和对培训市场研究,提出了管理培训新的理念:(1)要从满足型为主向引导型转变,将管理培训与管理咨询结合起来;(2)确立起以市场为导向,开展企业管理培训的理念和实践。具体方法:①走入企业,夯实基础;②教研一体,高屋建瓴;③整合资源,做大做强;④不断反思,自成一格。
