目的:探讨ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)治疗对去卵巢大鼠血清骨钙素(BGP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法:将60只雌性大鼠随机分为去卵巢(OVX)组、雌二醇(E2)组、小剂量ω-3 PUFA组、中剂量ω-3 PUFA组、大剂量ω-3 PUFA组和假手术(Sham)组。用药90 d后,采血测定血清BGP和IL-6。结果:OVX组大鼠血清BGP有升高趋势,IL-6显著升高。E2组和ω-3 PUFA小、中、大剂量组BGP均有显著下降,IL-6均有下降趋势。结论:ω-3 PUFA能降低去卵巢大鼠血清BGP水平,从而改善骨质的高转换状态,减少绝经后的骨质丢失。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ω-3 PUFA on serum BGP and IL-6 in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Sixty female rats were randomly divided into ovariectomized (OVX) group, estradiol (E2) group, low dose omega-3 PUFA group, middle dose omega-3 PUFA group and high dose omega-3 PUFA group Sham group. After 90 days of treatment, serum BGP and IL-6 were determined by blood sampling. Results: Serum BGP in OVX group increased and IL-6 increased significantly. BGP in E2, omega-3 PUFA groups decreased significantly and IL-6 decreased. CONCLUSION: Omega-3 PUFA can decrease the level of serum BGP in ovariectomized rats and thus improve the high turnover state of bone and reduce the bone loss after menopause.
