运用文献法和逻辑分析法对单纯性肥胖的致因与能量控制的策略进行了研究,就单纯性肥胖形成的原因以及如何具体制定科学的训练和饮食计划进行了阐述。提出单纯性肥胖的致因主要有摄食过多、基础代谢率低、胃肠的消化吸收功能障碍等。根据致因分析了食物热量与单纯性肥胖的关系以及科学运动对改善单纯性肥胖的作用,最后提出做到摄入足够营养的同时又控制食物的摄入热量、根据热量搭配每日所需食物及每日运动计划等能量控制策略。
Using literature and logical analysis, the causes of simple obesity and the strategies of energy control were studied. The reasons for the formation of simple obesity and how to formulate a scientific training and diet plan were elaborated. Proposed the main cause of simple obesity, excessive feeding, low basal metabolic rate, gastrointestinal digestion and absorption dysfunction. According to the cause of the analysis of the relationship between food calories and simple obesity and scientific exercise to improve the role of simple obesity, the final proposed to achieve adequate nutrition while controlling food intake of calories, according to calories with daily food And daily exercise plan energy control strategy.
