不同的性染色体XX或XY,产生各自的性腺—睾丸或卵巢,然后通过相关激素的调节,从而分化为不同性别的生殖管道和外生殖器。性染色体的异常包括其数目或结构的异常,可引起Turner综合征、K1inefelter综合征、超雄综合征等,导致患儿出现不同表现的性发育异常。1资料与方法1.1临床资料我室于2012年1月1日至2017年1月1日期间,共做染色体核型分析3923例,结果显示存在性染色体结构和/或数目异常者85例。
