立宪的两种姿态民国初年,湖湘文化里又出了两位杰出人物。一位是军人不党的蔡锷,一位是积极建党扩党的宋教仁。蔡锷不光那么说,还真就那么做了,放弃了自己的统一共和党。宋教仁合并六党组成国民党,统一共和党也在其中,蔡锷便宣称脱党。于天下滔滔皆为政党之时,而言军人不党,也算是君子讲气节,军人有风骨了。同样,宋教仁要建的党,亦是从未有过的党,没有一副铁面皮,加上几根硬骨头,也是不行的。 Two stances of constitutional constitution In the early years of the Republic of China, two prominent figures emerged in the culture of Huxiang.
