①目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒16型和18型(HPV16和HPV18)感染与上皮性卵巢癌的关系。②方法选取1991~1993年存档的上皮性卵巢癌石蜡包埋组织42例,良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤石蜡包埋组织26例,正常卵巢石蜡包埋组织20例。用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术测定了上述组织内HPV16-DNA和HPV18-DNA.③结果卵巢癌组织9例(21.4%)HPV16-DNA阳性,15例(35.7%)HPV18-DNA阳性,二者比较差异无显著性(χ2=2.10,P>0.05);良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中,HPV16-DNA和HPV18-DNA均为阴性;HPV18的感染与卵巢癌组织学分级有关(χ2=4.69,P<0.05),HPV16和HPV18的感染与卵巢癌临床分期及组织学分类均无关(χ2=0.003,0.650,P均>0.05)。④结论HPV16和HPV18的感染可能与上皮性卵巢癌发生有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus type 16 and 18 (HPV16 and HPV18) infection and epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Forty-two cases of epithelial ovarian cancer paraffin-embedded tissues, 26 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumors and 20 cases of normal ovarian paraffin-embedded tissues were selected from 1991 to 1993. The HPV16-DNA and HPV18-DNA in the above tissues were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. Results HPV16 DNA was positive in 9 cases (21.4%) of ovarian cancer tissues and HPV18-DNA in 15 cases (35.7%), the difference was insignificant (χ2 = 2.10, P> 0.05 ); HPV16-DNA and HPV18-DNA were all negative in benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues; HPV18 infection was associated with histological grade of ovarian cancer (χ2 = 4.69, P <0.05) Infection was not associated with clinical stage and histological classification of ovarian cancer (χ2 = 0.003, 0.650, P> 0.05). ④ Conclusion The infection of HPV16 and HPV18 may be related to the occurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer.
