高温胁迫对大白菜耐热性相关生理指标的影响

利用6个大白菜品种作为试验材料,对大白菜在高温胁迫前后呼吸强度、过氧化物酶活性、电导百分率的变化进行了测定。试验结果表明,高温引起了呼吸强度减弱,过氧化物酶活性降低,电导百分率升高,品种间这些生理指标在高温处理前后的变化有明显的差异。说明这些生理指标的变化与大白菜的耐热性密切相关。 Six Chinese cabbage varieties were used as test materials to measure the changes of respiration rate, peroxidase activity and percentage of conductance of Chinese cabbage before and after high temperature stress. The results showed that the high temperature caused the decrease of respiration intensity, the decrease of peroxidase activity and the increase of the conductance percentage. The changes of these physiological indexes before and after high temperature treatment were obviously different among varieties. These changes in physiological indicators that are closely related with the heat resistance of Chinese cabbage.
