2016年2月1日,国家发改委、科技部正式批复了《上海张江综合性国家科学中心建设方案》,张江地区成为国内首个综合性国家科学中心。4月12日,国务院批复印发了《上海系统推进全面创新改革试验加快建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心方案》,建设张江综合性国家科学中心,上海市成为首个国家全面创新改革试验区。
On February 1, 2016, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology formally approved the “Construction Plan of Shanghai Zhangjiang Comprehensive National Science Center”, and Zhangjiang became the first comprehensive national science center in China. On April 12, the State Council approved the “Proposal of Shanghai System to Promote Innovative Reform and Accelerate the Construction of a Scientific and Technological Innovation Center with Global Influence”, the establishment of a comprehensive national science center in Zhangjiang, and the establishment of Shanghai as the first national comprehensive innovation reform pilot area.
