目前国内外在混凝土及砂浆中普遍使用的是磨细混凝。土及砂浆中直接高比例地掺入原状粉煤灰尚属鲜见。本课题组经过三年来的研究及实践,证实了砂浆中富得原状粉煤灰的可能性及可靠性。在50~#砂浆中掺入比例提高到34.6%时,仍能获得112.3%的强度效果;在25~#砂浆中掺入比例提高到35%时,仍获得155.3%的强度效果。邯郸市建四公司已在全公司内推广了这一新枝术,可节约材料费用22.3%~38.4%,每使用一方粉煤灰,可获得15元左右的经济效益。目前,邯郸市建总公司已决定88年在全市建委所属建筑系统全面推广这一成果,预计可创近100万元的经济效益,吃掉近10万立方米的原状粉煤灰,相当于一座中型火力发电厂一年的排灰量。
At present, the commonly used in concrete and mortar at home and abroad is fine coagulation. It is uncommon for soil and mortar to be directly blended with the original fly ash in a high proportion. After three years of research and practice, this group has confirmed the possibility and reliability of the original fly ash in mortar. Handan City Jiansi Company has already promoted this new branch technique throughout the company, which can save material costs from 22.3% to 38.4%. With each side of fly ash, it can obtain economic benefits of about 15 yuan. At present, Handan City Construction Corporation has decided to comprehensively promote this achievement in the construction system of the municipal construction committee in 88 years. It is estimated that it can create economic benefits of nearly 1 million yuan and eat nearly 100,000 cubic meters of raw fly ash, equivalent to one.
