采用高温溶液缓慢降温旋转籽晶法生长出一系列双掺KTP型晶体,研究了晶体生长习性,测定了所有晶体的晶胞参数、粉末倍频效应和晶体中掺质离子的浓度.测试了晶体的Raman光谱、激发光谱、发射光谱和 350~800 nm之间的光透过曲线.研究了双掺 KTP型系列晶体的荧光性质.探索了新型激光自信频晶体存在的可能性.
A series of double-doped KTP-type crystals were grown by high-temperature slow cooling spin-seed method. The growth habit of the crystals was studied. The crystal cell parameters, the frequency doubling effect and the concentration of dopant ions in the crystals were determined. Raman spectra, excitation spectra, emission spectra and light transmission curves between 350 and 800 nm were tested. The fluorescence properties of double doped KTP series crystals were studied. Explore the possibility of a new type of laser self-confidence crystal.
