水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO法)标准号为GB/T17671—1999中规定了两种检测水泥胶砂强度的方法,一种是规定的方法即振实法;另一种为代用法即振动法。振实法是采用振实台对水泥胶砂进行振实成形,振实台的制作、安装应符合JC/T682的要求;振动法是采用振动台对水泥胶砂进行振实成型,振动台的全波振幅为0.75mm±0.02mm,频率为2800∽3000次/ min,它的制造应符合JC/7723的有关要求。振动台的验收要按照GB/ T17671—1999中第11.7所规定的要求进行。实际中用振动法最后所得的28天抗压强度与ISO679规定方法所得强度之差在5%以内为合格。
