设计中采用了高精度粉尘浓度传感器采集粉尘浓度信号,该信号经单片机处理后显示在液晶屏上;同时上传到远端的监控中心,进行数据的在线显示和存储;若粉尘浓度超过警戒值,则PLC控制喷雾降尘。监控中心基于组态软件搭建,具备数据存储和WEB共享功能。系统综合了单片机技术、PLC技术和组态软件技术,具有较高的可靠性,符合开采现场复杂环境的要求,为防尘、降尘提供了思路。
The design uses a high-precision dust concentration sensor to collect dust concentration signal, the signal processed by the microcontroller displayed on the LCD screen; at the same time uploaded to the remote monitoring center for online display and storage of data; if the dust concentration exceeds the warning value, PLC control spray dust. Monitoring center based on configuration software to build, with data storage and WEB sharing capabilities. System integrated microcontroller technology, PLC technology and configuration software technology, with high reliability, in line with the requirements of complex mining site environment, to provide dust and dust control ideas.
