目的探讨石墨炉原子吸收法测定土壤中镉污染的可行性及相关的前处理方法。方法采用混酸体系湿式消化法,石墨炉原子吸收仪程序升温中灰化温度调整至350℃,进行测定和评价。结果方法的测定范围由0~2 ug/kg提高到0~20 ug/kg,线性回归方程为y=0.04 578x+0.00 101,相关系数为0.9 996,回收率为95.0%~106.0%,低浓度单次检测结果准确度较差。结论采用低温灰化-石墨炉原子吸收法能够有效检测土壤中镉含量,灵敏度高、检测范围广,结果满意。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of cadmium in soils and the related pretreatment methods. Methods The mixed acid system wet digestion method, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer programmed temperature ashing temperature was adjusted to 350 ℃, were measured and evaluated. Results The range of the method was raised from 0 ~ 2 ug / kg to 0 ~ 20 ug / kg, the linear regression equation was y = 0.04 578x + 0.00 101, the correlation coefficient was 0.9 996, the recovery was 95.0% ~ 106.0% A single test results less accurate. Conclusion Low temperature ashing - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry can effectively detect cadmium in soil, with high sensitivity and wide detection range. The results are satisfactory.
