网络环境下,高校教学、科研水平的提高在很大程度上依赖于师生利用现代信息技术有效检索、分析、组织和利用信息的能力。通过对西北地区不同类型的高校、不同层次与不同知识结构的师生进行信息意识、信息能力、信息观念三方面的调查,获取了客观真实的数据。在此基础上,进行深入分析与思考,以期为增强高校对信息素质的重视度,进一步切实提高师生的信息素质,推动数字化图书馆建设等提供科学有效的理论依据。
Under the network environment, the improvement of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities depends to a large extent on the ability of teachers and students to use modern information technology to effectively retrieve, analyze, organize and utilize information. Through the investigation of different types of colleges and universities, teachers and students of different levels and different knowledge structures in northwest China from three aspects of information awareness, information ability and information concept, objective and real data are obtained. On this basis, we should conduct in-depth analysis and reflection in order to provide a scientific and effective theoretical basis for enhancing the importance of information literacy in colleges and universities, further improving the information quality of teachers and students, and promoting the construction of digital libraries.
