钢材软氮化后重新加热淬火的复合热处理方法(简称软氮化复淬)国外已经进行过研究,国内也有9CrSi螺丝攻等软氮化复淬提高寿命的经验,我们曾与上海织针一厂协作,用45钢软氮化复淬工艺处理13枚型横机织针,寿命达到原60钢织针的133~300%。本文在此基础上,探讨45钢软氮化后复淬过程中组织、结构转变的规律。我们采用45钢正火后加工成15×12×4mm的试块作为研究试样,清除表面油渍,按图1和表1工艺进行处理。按上述工艺处理以后,试样表层获得15~20μ的
After soft nitriding steel reheating quenching composite heat treatment method (referred to as nitrocarburizing complex quenching) has been studied abroad, the domestic 9CrSi screw tapping and other soft nitriding complex quench life improvement experience, we have a needle factory in Shanghai Cooperation, with 45 steel nitrocarburizing complex quenching 13-type knitting machine knitting needle, the life of the original 60 steel knitting needles 133 to 300%.
