目的观察针刺导管空肠造口术(NCJ)肠内营养在胃癌手术中的应用效果。方法66例胃癌手术患者,其中40例行全胃切除术、26例行近端胃大部切除术;术中附加NCJ,术后给予肠内营养支持。结果肠内营养支持术后血清白蛋白和前白蛋白水平明显高于术前,手术前、后谷氨酰转肽酶和总胆红素差异无显著性。结论NCJ肠内营养适合胃癌手术后营养治疗。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture-guided jejunostomy (NCJ) enteral nutrition on gastric cancer surgery. Methods Sixty-six patients with gastric cancer underwent total gastrectomy in 40 cases and proximal gastrectomy in 26 cases. Additional NCJ was given during operation and enteral nutrition support was given after operation. Results The levels of serum albumin and prealbumin after enteral nutrition support were significantly higher than those before operation. There was no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative glutamyl transpeptidase and total bilirubin. Conclusions NCJ enteral nutrition is suitable for nutritional treatment of gastric cancer after operation.
