介绍了采用射线荧光法测定铝锌系列铝合金中各元素含量的方法及相关条件,以俄罗斯ВИЛС公司研制的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系列铝合金标准物质作为光谱标准,基体效应校正采用基本参数法,建立了X射线光谱测定铝锌系列变形铝合金中Cu、Mn、Mg、Fe、Si、Zn、Ni、Cr、Ti和Zr10种元素的方法。该方法分析实际样品,结果和化学法分析值相吻合,10次制样测量,各元素RSD在0.18%~3.08%。本方法具有样品前期处理简便、干扰因素小,且快速、准确等特点。
This paper introduced the method of determining the content of each element in aluminum-zinc series aluminum alloy by using the method of ray fluorescence and related conditions. Taking Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series aluminum alloy standard developed by Russia’s ВИЛС company as the spectral standard, Method was established for the determination of Cu, Mn, Mg, Fe, Si, Zn, Ni, Cr, Ti and Zr in Al-Zn series deformed aluminum alloys by X-ray spectrometry. The method was used to analyze the actual samples. The results were in good agreement with the results of chemical analysis. The RSD of each element was 0.18% ~ 3.08% in 10 samples. The method has the advantages of simple sample preparation, small interference factor, fast and accurate sample and the like.
