目的检测水蛭药材中重金属的含量,为保障水蛭药材安全用药提供依据。方法采用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)技术,检测不同产地、不同部位水蛭药材中6种重金属的含量。结果不同产地水蛭药材中汞、铅和镉3种元素的含量基本符合国家现行标准规定,部分砷元素超出国家有关现行标准。但是不同产地水蛭药材中铜和铬2种元素的含量均超出国家现行有关标准。水蛭药材不同部位中重金属的含量存在明显的差异性,在头部最少,中部次之,尾部最多。结论水蛭药材中各重金属含量存在明显的产地、部位差异性,研究结果能够为保障水蛭药材的质量和用药安全提供重要参考依据。
Objective To detect the content of heavy metals in leech herbs and provide evidence for the safe administration of leech herbs. Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to detect the content of six heavy metals in different parts of Leech. Results The content of mercury, lead and cadmium in different areas of leeches basically accorded with the current national standards, and some arsenic exceeded the relevant national standards. However, the content of copper and chromium in two kinds of leeches from different habitats exceeded the current national standards. Leech herbs in different parts of the content of heavy metals there is a clear difference in the head at least, followed by the middle, the tail up. Conclusion The contents of heavy metals in leeches have obvious origin and site difference, and the results can provide important reference for the quality and medication safety of leeches.
