本文对国内具有代表性的地质勘查单位就资源勘查工程专业(矿产调查与开发方向)人才培养的素质要求、知识结构、人才需求类型进行了问卷调查。结果显示,扎实的专业技能、丰富的实践经验、良好的沟通合作能力是用人单位最关注的人才基本素质;地质及矿产勘查基础知识、专业实践技能、计算机和外语知识是资源勘查人才应具备的基本知识结构;具有一定管理和市场经济基础知识的复合型专业技术人才是目前用人单位最主要的人才需求类型。
This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the quality requirements, knowledge structure and types of talent demand of the geological survey units in China on the resource exploration engineering specialty (mineral investigation and development direction). The results show that solid professional skills, rich practical experience and good communication and cooperation ability are the basic qualities of talents that employers are most concerned about; the basic knowledge of geology and mineral exploration, professional practice skills, knowledge of computers and foreign languages are the qualifications of resource exploration talents Basic knowledge structure; with a certain degree of management and market economy, basic knowledge of complex professional and technical personnel is the employer’s most important type of talent needs.
