研制了一种新型的由带前置轮胎镜成像系统、高密度透射光栅和软 X 光 C C D 相机等组成的软 X 射线光谱仪, 摄谱范围为0.5~1.5 nm , 光谱分辨为 0.05 nm 。光谱仪没有像散, 实现了点对点成像。由于其高效率, 可探测到低能型高功率激光系统产生的等离子体 X 光谱, 特别适合于超短飞秒强激光脉冲产生的等离子体的实验研究。
A new soft X-ray spectrometer with a front tire mirror imaging system, high-density transmission grating and soft X-ray CCD camera was developed. The spectral range is 0.5-1.5 nm and the spectral resolution 0.05 nm. The spectrometer is not as scattered, to achieve point-to-point imaging. Because of its high efficiency, the X-ray spectrum of plasma produced by low-energy high-power laser system can be detected, which is especially suitable for the experimental study of plasma generated by ultra-short femtosecond laser pulses.
