目的观察陀螺刀治疗脑部转移瘤的近期临床疗效。方法收集2012年8月至2014年12月我院陀螺刀治疗的脑转移瘤患者85例。陀螺刀通过数百个方向的射线束照射,使得50%~70%等剂量面包括95%以上计划靶体积。采用低分割照射2~15Gy/次,3~15次,中位值8次,总剂量30~55Gy,中位值38Gy。结果治疗后1周临床症状改善率95.6%;治疗后3个月的治疗有效率(CR+PR)为74.3%,局部控制率(CR+PR+SD)为88.6%。结论陀螺刀是治疗脑转移瘤的有效方法。
Objective To observe the recent clinical efficacy of gyro knife in the treatment of brain metastases. Methods Totally 85 patients with brain metastases treated with gyro knife in our hospital from August 2012 to December 2014 were collected. Gyro blades radiate through hundreds of directions of the beam so that 50% to 70% of the isodose surface includes more than 95% of the planned target volume. Low-split irradiation 2 ~ 15Gy / time, 3 ~ 15 times, the median 8 times, the total dose of 30 ~ 55Gy, median 38Gy. Results The improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 95.6% one week after treatment. The treatment effective rate (CR + PR) was 74.3% and the local control rate (CR + PR + SD) 88.6% at 3 months after treatment. Conclusion Gyro knife is an effective method for the treatment of brain metastases.
