当前以企业财务管理为核心的资本运作成为油田企业的中坚力量和主要支柱。本文就我国资本运作实践中财务管理的有关问题展开探讨研究。科学高效的财务管理,可使油田企业于经济资源配置方面发挥更大的作用。本文力求从实际出发,着眼于油田企业财务管理的现状及其存在的问题,提出解决问题的一些可行性意见,希望能够对油田企业的可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 At present, capital operation with enterprise financial management as the core has become the backbone and pillar of oilfield enterprises. This paper explores the related issues of financial management in the practice of capital operation in our country. Scientific and efficient financial management can enable oilfield enterprises to play a greater role in the allocation of economic resources. This article tries hard to set out some feasible opinions to solve the problem from the reality, focus on the status of the financial management of the oilfield enterprises and its existing problems, hoping to have certain reference significance for the sustainable development of the oilfield enterprises.
