目的 探讨580例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的经验,以提高LC的成功率,减少LC的并发症.方法 回顾分析2006年4月至2008年8月间580例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料.结果 580例均顺利完成

目的 探讨580例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的经验,以提高LC的成功率,减少LC的并发症.方法 回顾分析2006年4月至2008年8月间580例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料.结果 580例均顺利完成手术,中转开腹3例,腹腔少量积液6例,术后随访2个月～1年,均恢复良好.结论 严格地掌握LC的适应证,做好围手术期的处理,术中谨慎操作,及时中转开腹是有效减少LC并发症的重要手段.
