本文介绍了一种新型测试PCB板性能的设备—平面电机飞针测试机。与传统的基于直线电机飞针测试机相比,该测试机具有结构简单,高速度,高精度和高稳定性特点。文中详细描述了飞针测试机的结构、工作原理和测试方法。最后,以Lab VIEW为开发平台对测试系统进行软件设计,随后分别对系统进行直线运动定位、圆弧运动定位和圆周运动定位实验,得出了X、Y轴的跟随误差曲线,结果显示定位误差在[-2.25um,2.25um]之内,表明该运动控制系统具有良好的定位精度和稳定性。
This article describes a new type of device that tests the performance of a PCB board - a planar motor flying probe tester. Compared with the traditional linear motor flying probe testing machine, the testing machine has the characteristics of simple structure, high speed, high precision and high stability. The paper describes in detail the structure, working principle and testing method of flying probe testing machine. Finally, the software of the test system was designed by using LabVIEW as the development platform. Then the system was tested for linear motion, circular motion and circular motion respectively. The following error curves of X and Y axes were obtained. The results showed that the positioning error Within [-2.25um, 2.25um], this motion control system has good positioning accuracy and stability.
