选用硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、偏高岭土作为掺合料掺入碱矿渣水泥中,检测其水泥的化学收缩,研究其混凝土早期抗裂性能。研究结果表明:硅酸盐水泥会加剧碱矿渣水泥的收缩,偏高岭土、粉煤灰可以不同程度地降低碱矿渣水泥的收缩,其中偏高岭土效果最好;开裂方面,碱矿渣混凝土收缩开裂最大,掺入偏高岭土会降低一些碱矿渣混凝土的开裂情况,但是并不明显,掺入粉煤灰可以显著抑制碱矿渣混凝土的早期开裂。
Portland cement, fly ash and metakaolin were chosen as the admixture to mix alkali slag cement, the chemical shrinkage of cement was tested, and the early crack resistance of concrete was studied. The results show that Portland cement can aggravate the shrinkage of alkali slag cement. Metaka slag and fly ash can reduce the shrinkage of alkali slag cement to some extent, of which metakaolin is the best. In the aspect of cracking, alkali slag concrete has the largest shrinkage and cracking, Incorporation of metakaolin will reduce the cracking of some alkali slag concrete, but it is not obvious that the incorporation of fly ash can significantly inhibit the early cracking of alkali slag concrete.
