在粒子冲击钻井系统中,钢球高压螺旋输送机是关键装置之一。因钢球材质的特性及输送工况与常规螺旋输送机有着很大差异,进而所造成的钢球夹卡现象(严重时导致闷车)是不容忽视的问题。文中通过试验研究,找出了钢球在螺旋输送过程中极易夹卡的位置,分析了各种夹卡现象存在的原因,对螺旋输送机的结构进行了适应性改进。
In particle impact drilling systems, ball screw high-pressure screw conveyor is one of the key devices. Due to the characteristics of the ball material and the delivery conditions and conventional screw conveyor has a great difference, and then caused by the phenomenon of steel ball clip (serious cause boring car) is a problem that can not be ignored. Through the experimental research, the paper finds out the location of the steel ball which is easily caught during the screw conveying process, analyzes the reasons for the existence of various jamming phenomena, and adapts the structure of the screw conveyor adaptively.
