针对以项目管理和监理为主要业务的中小型工程咨询企业,分析了工程咨询在工程项目BIM应用中的角色和主要工作内容,剖析了中小型工程咨询企业的BIM能力现状,提出了此类企业应当采取试点为先、以点带面、分级建设、逐步投入等开展BIM能力建设的基本原则,明确了从思想建设到组织调整等七个基本行动步骤。
