目的研究胃癌组织中KAI1、MMP-9蛋白表达,探讨它们在胃癌侵袭转移过程中的作用。方法在71例胃癌组织及20例正常胃粘膜组织中,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测KAI1、MMP-9的蛋白表达,进而分析它们彼此之间的关系及与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果KAI1、MMP-9在胃癌中的表达率分别为36.6%、67.6%,而20例正常胃组织中KAI1与MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为90%、45%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);KAI1与MMP-9的表达均与浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),此外,KAI1的表达还与TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。经统计分析KAI1与MMP-9呈负相关。结论KAI1、MMP-9与胃癌的侵袭转移密切相关,可作为评价胃癌的进展与预后的有力指标;KAI1、MMP-9可能通过影响血管生成参与胃癌的进展过程,为临床针对胃癌的抗血管治疗提供了新的思路。
Objective To study the expression of KAI1 and MMP-9 in gastric cancer and their roles in invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods The protein expressions of KAI1 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 71 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa. The relationship between them and the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer were analyzed. Results The positive rates of KAI1 and MMP-9 in gastric cancer were 36.6% and 67.6%, respectively. The positive rates of KAI1 and MMP-9 in 20 normal gastric tissues were 90% and 45%, respectively (P <0.05). The expressions of KAI1 and MMP-9 were closely related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). In addition, the expression of KAI1 was also related to TNM staging (P <0.05). The statistical analysis KAI1 and MMP-9 was negatively correlated. Conclusions KAI1 and MMP-9 are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, which can be used as a powerful indicator to evaluate the progress and prognosis of gastric cancer.
