运用管式炉燃烧、辐射室传热、对流室传热、余热回收及炉墙保温等优化技术 ,对长岭炼油化工总厂重整装置 F- 70 1热载体炉进行了全面优化。提高了全炉有效热负荷 ,使炉子综合热效率达到89%。
The optimization of F-70 1 heat carrier furnace in Changling Refining and Chemical Plant reformer unit was optimized using the optimization techniques of tube furnace combustion, radiation chamber heat transfer, convection chamber heat transfer, waste heat recovery and furnace wall insulation. Improve the furnace effective heat load, so that the overall furnace thermal efficiency of 89%.
