本实验采用慢性实验法,一次性注射乙醚于雄性家兔睾丸的被膜内。通过人工采精,检测精子几项主要指标,借以探索乙醚对生精作用的影响。实验结果证明:乙醚能全面抑制家兔的生精过程。使精子密度下降,寿命缩短。死亡精子和畸形精子的百分率上升。使生精作用处于全面衰退状况。这种抑制作用,不仅是可逆的,而且无副作用。所以,乙醚有可能成为男性节育的药物。
The experiment using chronic experimental method, a one-time injection of ether in male rabbit testis capsule. By artificial insemination, sperm detection of several key indicators in order to explore the impact of diethyl ether on spermatogenesis. Experimental results show that: diethyl ether can completely inhibit the spermatogenesis in rabbits. Sperm density decreased, shorter life expectancy. The percentage of dead sperm and abnormal sperm increased. So that spermatogenesis in a full state of recession. This inhibitory effect is not only reversible, but also without side effects. Therefore, diethyl ether may become a male birth control drug.
