高电耗系统产能落后、能耗超标、电能质量问题突出,亟需进行节能改造。目前虽然有针对高电耗系统的耗能监控系统,但该系统没有能效评测功能。科学的能效评测结果是进行节能改造的基础。提出运用粒子群算法的投影寻踪理论研究能效评测方法,建立基于粒子群算法的投影等级评价模型(Particle Swarm Optimization Projection Pursuit Grade Evaluation Model,PSO-PP),提供量化的节电方案。实例计算结果表明运用该方法能建立新的分级标准,细化节能数据,精确地反映高电耗系统的能效状况,且评测简捷,具有较强的实用价值。
High power consumption system lagged behind, excessive energy consumption, power quality problems highlighted the urgent need for energy-saving transformation. Although there are energy consumption monitoring system for high power consumption system, but the system does not have energy efficiency evaluation function. Scientific energy efficiency evaluation results are the basis for energy-saving transformation. A PSO-based projection pursuit theory is proposed to study energy efficiency evaluation methods and a Particle Swarm Optimization Projection Pursuit Grade Evaluation Model (PSO-PP) is established to provide a quantitative power saving scheme. The calculation example shows that this method can be used to establish a new classification standard, refine the energy-saving data and accurately reflect the energy-efficiency of high-power consumption system. The evaluation is simple and has strong practical value.
