以甲醇为提取剂,过层析柱提取和净化稻米中的二甲戊灵,再采用高效液相色谱法分析检测稻米中的二甲戊灵残留。确定最佳检测条件为:检测波长238 nm,流动相比例V甲醇︰V水=85︰15,柱温30℃,流速1 mL/min,进样量20μL。在该检测条件下,对稻米添加标准样品的回收率为87.40%~94.16%,变异系数为3.38%~6.70%,仪器最小检出限为9.14×10-12g,方法最低检出浓度为0.005 mg/kg,符合农药残留检测要求。
Methanol was used as extractant to extract and purify pendimethalin in rice through chromatography column, and the residue of pendimethalin in rice was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The best detection conditions were: detection wavelength 238 nm, mobile phase ratio V methanol: V water = 85︰15, column temperature 30 ℃, flow rate 1 mL / min, injection volume 20μL. Under these conditions, the recoveries of standard samples were 87.40% ~ 94.16%, the coefficients of variation were 3.38% ~ 6.70%. The minimum detectable limit was 9.14 × 10-12g. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.005 mg / kg, in line with pesticide residue testing requirements.
