在前文中叙述了钼-氯酸盐体系在硫酸-酒石酸溶液中的催化极谱性质,找到钼在0.9M硫酸-0.4M酒石酸钠-4%氯酸钾溶液中有一单峰催化波.催化电流比扩散电流增大近400倍,灵敏度比钼原有的三种催化波均高得多,钼的浓度与催化电流有良好的线性关系,且干扰元素较少,适用于微量钼的测定.我们曾用此法在不分离钨的条件下,测定了钨酸钠中微量的钼.
