为了弥补现有沥青混合料表面构造测试方法的不足,运用数字图像处理技术及频谱分析理论,提出了新型沥青混合料表面构造水平及分布特性测试方法。首先,运用二维数字图像处理技术从沥青混合料断面扫描数字图像中识取出混合料二维表面构造线;然后依据频谱分析理论,提出了表征沥青混合料表面宏观、微观构造水平评价指标L_(TX,0.5-31.5)和L_(TX,0.13-0.5)及表面构造分布特性评价指标L_(TX,m)。同时基于MATLAB,Visual Studio及Install Shield编程平台,开发了沥青混合料二维表面构造水平及分布特性测试分析软件。最后,分别将该方法与传统路面表面宏观、微观构造水平及其分布特性测试方法进行了室内对比测试试验。研究结果表明:该新型沥青混合料表面构造水平及分布特性测试方法,与传统路面表面宏观、微观构造水平及其分布特性测试方法所测结果之间具有良好的相关性,可准确测得沥青混合料表面宏观、微观构造水平及其表面构造分布特性。
In order to make up for the shortage of testing methods of surface structure of asphalt mixture, a new test method of surface structure level and distribution characteristics of asphalt mixture is proposed by using digital image processing technology and spectrum analysis theory. Firstly, the two-dimensional digital image processing technology is used to extract the two-dimensional surface structure line from the digital image of bituminous mixture cross-section scanning. Then according to the spectrum analysis theory, the evaluation index of macroscopic and microstructure level of asphalt mixture is proposed TX, 0.5-31.5) and L_ (TX, 0.13-0.5) and the evaluation index L_ (TX, m) of surface tectonic distribution. At the same time based on MATLAB, Visual Studio and Install Shield programming platform, developed a two-dimensional asphalt mixture surface structure and distribution characteristics of the level of testing and analysis software. Finally, this method is compared with the traditional methods of testing the surface macrostructures, microstructures and distribution characteristics of the pavement. The results show that the testing method of the horizontal and distribution characteristics of the surface of the new asphalt mixture has a good correlation with the measured results of the macroscopic and microstructural levels of the traditional pavement surface and its distribution characteristic test method, The macroscopic and microscopic structure of the material surface and its surface texture distribution.
