本文通过静态小角激光光散方法对4种不同基体:2,5-二羟基苯甲酸(DHB),咖啡酸(CA),尼古丁酸(NA)和3-氨基-4羟基苯甲酸与蛋白质、溶菌酶和细胞色素C在水或水与乙腈溶液中的行为进行了观察,结果发现3-氨基-4羟基苯甲酸分别在上述两种蛋白质的水/乙腈溶液中所测得的分子量M和第二维利系数A2都较其他基体高好几倍,有很强的缔合力,作者联系基体对辅助激光解吸电离作用对上述现象进行了讨论。
In this paper, four kinds of different substrates, DHB, CA, NA and 3-amino-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, Enzyme and cytochrome C in water or water and acetonitrile solution was observed and found that 3-amino-4-hydroxy benzoic acid in the above two proteins in water / acetonitrile solution measured molecular weight M and the second Weixi coefficient A2 than other substrates several times higher, with a strong association force, the authors contact the substrate on the auxiliary laser desorption ionization of the above phenomenon were discussed.
