目的:基于四君子汤补脾益气的功效,检测脾虚模型大鼠小肠组织相关基因的表达,探究四君子汤补脾益气作用的生物学机制。方法:将24只大鼠随机分为正常组、脾气虚组、四君子汤组,每组8只,采用PCR array法测定3组间能量代谢相关基因的表达水平。结果:四君子汤促进脾气虚模型大鼠高表达的基因包括嗜铬素A(Chga)、S100钙结合蛋白G(S100g)、双调蛋白(AREG)、糖皮质激素调节蛋白激酶1(SGK1)、生长抑素(SST)、CDKN2B。结论:脾气虚模型能量代谢相关基因的表达与中医脾虚证候密切相关,四君子汤通过促进相关基因的表达,改善脾虚模型大鼠相关证候群。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of the recipe of invigorating the spleen and invigorating the vital energy of the four gentlemen’s soup on the expression of small intestine tissue in rats with spleen-deficiency syndrome and to explore the biological mechanism of the effect of invigorating the spleen and invigorating the spleen of the four gentlemen’s soup. Methods: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into normal group, spleen-qi deficiency group and Sijunzitang group, with 8 rats in each group. The expression of energy metabolism-related genes in 3 groups were detected by PCR array. Results: Sijunzi Decoction could promote the expression of Chga, S100, GABA (S100g), AREG, SGK1, Somatostatin (SST), CDKN2B. CONCLUSION: The expression of energy metabolism-related genes in spleen-qi deficiency model is closely related to TCM syndrome of spleen-deficiency syndrome. Sijunzi decoction can improve the related syndromes in rats with spleen deficiency syndrome by promoting the expression of related genes.
