下楼梯本是生活中小事,但对膝关节的伤害远远超过我们的想象。美国的一项研究显示,人躺下来时膝盖的负重几乎为零,站起来和走路时是体重的1倍~2倍,而下楼梯时膝关节的负重则是体重的3倍~4倍。对于膝关节已经产生退行性老化的中老年人来说,由于腿部肌肉力量不足,有时下楼梯会比上楼梯给膝关节带来的冲击力更大。
Down the stairs this is a small event in life, but the damage to the knee far beyond our imagination. A study in the United States shows that when a person lies down, the weight of the knee is almost zero, which is 1 to 2 times the weight of standing up and walking while the weight of the knee when going down stairs is 3 to 4 times of the weight. For middle-aged and elderly people who have had degenerative knee joints, due to insufficient muscle strength of the leg, going down the stairs may sometimes impact the knee more than going up the stairs.
