目的通过监测呼吸机参数反映的患儿氧合功能,评价珂立苏对NRDS治疗作用。方法将2008年1 0月—2010年2月在开封市儿童医院新生儿科住院的42例重症NRDS分为治疗组22例和对照组20例,比较对应时间的PaO2、PaCO2 R、PaO2/FiO2、OI、PA-aDO2变化情况。结果使用珂立苏后患儿PaO2/FiO2较对照组明显升高,OI、PA-aDO2、PCO2较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论珂立苏可明显改善NRDS的氧合情况。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of cortisone on NRDS by monitoring the oxygenation function in children with ventilator parameters. Methods Twenty-two cases of severe NRDS hospitalized in Department of Neonatology, Children’s Hospital of Kaifeng from January 2008 to February 2010 were divided into treatment group (n = 22) and control group (n = 20). PaO2, PaCO2R and PaO2 / OI, PA-aDO2 changes. Results Compared with the control group, the PaO2 / FiO2 in children with Coriaria was significantly higher, and the levels of OI, PA-aDO2 and PCO2 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Coriolis can significantly improve the oxygenation of NRDS.
