目的通过测定血管性疾呆(VD)大鼠脑组织NO含量和NOS的活性,探讨天地精丸对VD大鼠的保护作用及其机制。方法采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭法制作VD动物模型,观察VD大鼠脑组织NO含量和NOS活性的变化。结果天地精丸可显著降低VD大鼠脑组织NO含量和NOS活性。结论天地精丸对VD大鼠学习记忆减退有明显保护作用,其机制与降低NO含量和NOS活性有关。
Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Tiandijing Pills on VD rats by measuring NO content and NOS activity in rat brain with vascular dementia (VD). Methods VD animal models were established by bilateral common carotid arterial clamping method. Changes of NO content and NOS activity in brain tissue of VD rats were observed. Results Tiandijingwan can significantly reduce NO content and NOS activity in brain tissue of VD rats. Conclusion Tiandijing pill has obvious protective effect on learning and memory decline in VD rats, and its mechanism is related to reducing NO content and NOS activity.
