在古典文学文献中,有一类名曰诗、文、词、曲“纪事”的著作,迄今已有如下若干种:宋计有功《唐诗纪事》八十一卷,清厉鹗《宋诗纪事》一百卷,清陆心源《宋诗纪事补遗》一百卷及《宋诗纪事小传补正》四卷,又有宣古愚、罗以智、屈弹山等的《宋诗纪事》“补遗”、“拾遗”,今人孔凡礼《宋诗纪事续补》三十卷。近人陈衍《辽诗纪事》十二卷、《金诗纪事》十六卷、《元诗纪事》二十四卷。陈田《明诗纪事》一百八十七卷（原有甲——癸共十集,仅刊前八集）。今人邓之诚《清诗纪事初编》八卷以及钱仲联主编的《清诗纪事》。清陈鸿墀《全唐文纪事》一百二十二卷。清张宗（木肃）《词林纪事》二十二卷。今人唐圭璋《宋词纪事》。王文才《元曲纪事》。
In classical literature, there are a number of books named “Chronicle” of poetry, prose, essay, song, and so far, there are several kinds as follows: Song Yi Gong Gong, “Tang Poetry Chronicle” 81 volumes, Hundreds of volumes, Qing Lu Xin Yuan, “Song Poetry Addendum” 100 volumes and “Song Chronicle minor correction” four volumes, there are declared ancient fool, Luo Yizhi, Qu Yuan Shan, “Song Poetry Chronicle” Addendum, “Pick up”, now Kong Fanli “Song Chronicle Continuation” thirty volumes. Nearly Chen Yan “Liao poetry Chronicle” twelve volumes, “Jin Shi Chronicle” Volume 16, “Poetry Chronicle” twenty-four volumes. Chen Tian “Ming Shi Chronicle” one hundred and seventy-seven volumes (the original A - Gui a total of ten episodes, only print the first eight episodes). Today, Deng Zhicheng “Qing Poetry Chronicle” eight volumes and Qian Zhonglian editor of “Ching poetry Chronicle.” Qing Chen Hong 墀 “full Tang Wen Chronicle” one hundred and twenty-two volumes. Qing Zhang Zong (Mu Su) “Ci Lin Chronicle” twenty-two volumes. Today Tang Guizhang “Song Ci Chronicle.” Wang Wencai “Yuan Chronicle.”
