目的分析总结下肢深静脉血栓的临床表现,探寻治疗的有效方法及院外远期治疗。方法对2008-10-2009-11下肢深静脉血栓34例应用尿激酶溶栓治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 34例患者下肢肿胀较入院前明显减轻,均康复出院。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗安全有效,远期服用华法林可巩固疗效。 Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical manifestations of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities and explore effective methods of treatment and long-term treatment outside the hospital. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities treated with urokinase thrombolysis during 2008-10-2009-11 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 34 cases of patients with lower extremity swelling was significantly reduced than before admission, were discharged and recovered. Conclusions Urokinase thrombolytic therapy is safe and effective. Long-term use of warfarin can consolidate the curative effect.
