为了研究单向纤维增强复合板的蔡—希尔理论强度公式,制备了420胶复合w丝增强Cu复合材料,并进行了10种不同拉伸角的拉伸试验。试验表明,断裂发生在不同方向的内部应力中任一个首先超过材料在该方向上的强度的时候,因而完全不同于金属与合金等各向同性材料.试验还发现拉伸过程中的纤维偏转现象,并提出强度公式的修正设想.文中还用较简捷的方法推导了强度公式,经过修正以后很好地与实验相符合.
In order to study the Chien-Hill theoretical strength formula of unidirectional fiber-reinforced composite board, 420 plastic composite w wire reinforced Cu composite materials were prepared and ten kinds of tensile tests at different drawing angles were carried out. Experiments show that the fracture occurs when either one of the internal stresses in different directions first exceeds the strength of the material in that direction and is therefore completely different from isotropic materials such as metals and alloys.The experiment also found that the fiber deflection during drawing , And put forward the revised assumption of the intensity formula.The article also deduces the intensity formula by a relatively simple method, which is in good agreement with the experiment after the amendment.
