对一台二冲程柴油机的扫气泵传动轴的动应力进行了实验研究。测量结果显示启动和停车工况时的实际动应力比理论值要大得多,从而影响传动轴的可靠性。为此采取了降低动应力值的措施。实验结果对采用机械传动式压气机增压发动机的设计和制造亦有参考价值。
The dynamic stress of a two-stroke diesel engine scavenging pump drive shaft was experimentally studied. The measurement results show that the actual dynamic stress at starting and stopping conditions is much greater than the theoretical value, which affects the reliability of the transmission shaft. To this end has taken measures to reduce the value of dynamic stress. The experimental results on the use of mechanical transmission compressor supercharged engine design and manufacture of reference value.
