采用高频感应炉,以Cu为基体原料,制备了Cu含量为90wt%、95wt%,Ni/Al原子比分别为1∶3、1∶2、1∶1、2∶1和3∶1的Cu-Ni-Al合金。并用MUM-5G型销-盘磨损试验机测试合金的耐磨性能。通过SEM观察磨损表面的形貌。结果表明:当Cu含量不变时,不同Ni/Al原子比在合金中形成的Ni-Al金属间化合物对合金的摩擦磨损行为有一定影响。Cu含量为90wt%时,合金磨损机制主要以颗粒磨损为主,Cu含量为95wt%时,该合金主要以粘着磨损为主。
A high-frequency induction furnace was used to prepare a Cu-based raw material with a Cu content of 90% by weight and 95% by weight, and a Ni / Al atomic ratio of 1: 3, 1: 2, Cu-Ni-Al alloy. The MUM-5G pin-plate wear tester was used to test the wear resistance of the alloy. The morphology of the worn surface was observed by SEM. The results show that the Ni-Al intermetallic compounds with different Ni / Al atomic ratios have certain influence on the friction and wear behavior of the alloys when the content of Cu is constant. When the content of Cu is 90wt%, the wear mechanism of the alloy is mainly grain wear. When the content of Cu is 95wt%, the alloy is mainly composed of adhesive wear.
