目的观察~(103)Pd粒子植入对人胃癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤的杀伤作用。方法建立人胃低分化腺癌BGC-823细胞裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,20只裸鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组植入~(103)Pd粒子,根据计算机三维治疗计划系统,周边剂量为120 Gy。对照组植入冷源。分别在术后第17、34天,测量肿瘤体积,计算抑瘤率,观察病理组织学变化。结果实验组移植瘤的生长曲线呈下降趋势,而对照组明显升高。实验组植入后17 d抑瘤率为89.24%,34 d为94.77%;病理组织学反应分级为RCRG1级,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第17天与第34天比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论~(103)Pd粒子对人胃癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤有显著杀伤效应。
Objective To observe the killing effect of ~ (103) Pd particles implantation on human gastric cancer xenografts in nude mice. Methods The subcutaneous xenografts of human gastric adenocarcinoma BGC-823 cells were established. Twenty nude mice were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Pd (103) particles were implanted into the experimental group. According to the three-dimensional computerized planning system, The peripheral dose is 120 Gy. Control group implanted cold source. The tumor volume was measured on the 17th and 34th day after operation, the tumor inhibition rate was calculated and the histopathological changes were observed. Results The growth curve of xenografts in experimental group showed a downward trend, while the control group was significantly increased. The tumor inhibition rate was 89.24% on the 17th day and 94.77% on the 34th day after implantation in the experimental group. The grade of RCRG1 was graded on the 34th day. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) between the 17th day and the 34th day Day difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion ~ (103) Pd particles have a significant killing effect on human gastric cancer xenografts in nude mice.
