教师因素是诱发英语学习负动机的重要甚至主要因素之一。在前期的调查问卷的基础上,分析目前英语学习负动机中的教师影响因子有四个主要方面,这四方面影响深刻程度依次为“教学方法”“教师素质”“师生互动”与“教学辅助手段”。而这四个教师影响因素又能细分为不同的子因素,且各个不同子因素之间的影响重要程度不同。在研讨各因素内部差异之后,文章提出一些切实可行的措施与建议,以期消除这些影响因子,从而减少学生英语学习负动机的出现。
Teacher factor is one of the important or even major factors in inducing negative motivation in English learning. Based on the previous questionnaires, there are four main aspects to analyze the teacher influence factors in the negative motivation of English learning. The influential factors in these four aspects are “teaching methods”, “teacher quality”, “teachers and students Interactive ”and “ teaching aids ”. The four teacher influence factors can be subdivided into different sub-factors, and the impact of different sub-factors is of different importance. After discussing the internal differences among various factors, the article puts forward some feasible measures and suggestions to eliminate these influence factors and reduce the negative motivation of English learning.
